Terms of service

1. Seller

These terms of sale apply to all orders placed on obakeclub.com, operated by Ktrz SRL (trading as OBAKE CLUB), Rue du Lombard 26, 1000 Brussels, Belgium, company and VAT number BE 0784.970.718, destrebecqvictor@gmail.com.

2. Products

We sell authentic Japanese and French Pokémon trading cards, sealed products and collectibles. Each card listing states its set, number, rarity, language and condition. Photos show the product sold or, for sealed products, a representative item. Stock is limited: many cards exist in a single copy.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are added at checkout as described in our Shipping Policy. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

4. Order and contract

The contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error or if a product is no longer available; you are then refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment system. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Delivery

We deliver to Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain and Italy, to your home or to a pickup point. Rates, free-shipping thresholds and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. For pickup-point delivery, you choose the pickup point on the order confirmation page after payment; if you don't, we select the one closest to your delivery address. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you designate, take physical possession of the order, that is, at delivery to your address or when you collect the parcel from the pickup point. A parcel that is not collected within the carrier's time limit is returned to us; we can reship it for a new shipping fee or refund the products.

7. Right of withdrawal and guarantees

You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase, under the conditions of our Refund Policy. You also benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity and from our authenticity guarantee.

8. Collectors' market

Card values on the collectors' market change over time. Our products are sold as collectibles; we make no promise about their future value.

9. Personal data

Your personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Complaints and disputes

For any question or complaint, contact us first at destrebecqvictor@gmail.com. If we cannot find a solution together, you can contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be). These terms are governed by Belgian law, without depriving you of the protection given by the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
