Where we ship

We ship to Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany, as well as Spain and Italy. For any other country, contact us before ordering and we'll see what we can do.

Rates

Free pickup-point delivery from €50 and free home delivery from €100 in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany. Below these amounts:

Pickup points are Mondial Relay, except *Germany (DPD Pickup). Thresholds apply to the total of the products in your order, after any discount.

Spain: direct home delivery €9.90 · Mondial Relay pickup point €13.26.
Italy: direct home delivery €11.90.
Letter, untracked (Belgium and France only): €1, for small orders up to 100 g (one or a few cards).

One shipping fee per order. Shipping is charged once per order, not per item. All prices include VAT.

Choosing your pickup point

Pick the pickup-point option at checkout, then choose your point on the order confirmation page, right after payment (map and list). If you skip this step, we automatically select the pickup point closest to your delivery address; you can still change it from the order confirmation page. You'll be notified when your parcel is ready to collect: bring the notification and an ID, and collect it within the time indicated by the carrier, otherwise it is sent back to us.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days. Usual carrier times after shipping: 1–3 business days in Belgium, 2–4 business days to the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany, 3–7 business days to France (pickup point 3–4 days, home delivery 6–7 days) and 4–7 business days to Spain and Italy. These are estimates, not guarantees; you receive a tracking link by email as soon as a tracked parcel leaves.

How we pack

Every card goes into a soft sleeve, then a rigid toploader, then a stiff mailer that won't bend in the post.

Untracked letters

The €1 letter has no tracking number. We recommend tracked delivery or a pickup point for valuable cards. If a letter or parcel does not arrive, contact us: we will investigate with the carrier and resend or refund your order.

Damaged parcel or wrong address

If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos before opening it and contact us within 7 days. Please check your shipping address at checkout: a parcel returned because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected from the pickup point can be reshipped for a new shipping fee.
