14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

How to return

  1. Tell us within 14 days of delivery by email at destrebecqvictor@gmail.com, with your order number. You can use the model form below, but it is not required.
  2. Send the products back within 14 days of your message to: OBAKE CLUB – Ktrz SRL, Rue du Lombard 26, 1000 Brussels, Belgium.
  3. Return costs are paid by you. We recommend a tracked shipment, as the return is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Condition of returned items

Cards must come back in the same condition, in their sleeve and toploader. Sealed products (boosters, displays, boxes) must be returned unopened. If an item has been handled beyond what is needed to check it, or a sealed product has been opened, its loss of value may be deducted from your refund, up to its full price.

Refund

We refund the price of the returned products and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of your withdrawal message, using your original payment method. We may wait until we have received the items back.

Authenticity guarantee

Every card is checked before it is listed. If a card we sold you turns out not to be authentic, we refund it in full, including shipping both ways.

Legal guarantee

You also benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If a product does not match its description, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
